A show that is all about supporting small independent businesses, all of which are rocking it in their creative spaces.

Put together by cool cat Ellie of Inner City Weddings, The Indie Wedding Fair is now in its 6th year and is on tour in the North! The Manchester show, which took place earlier this month, was a huge success and now it is Sheffield’s turn to receive some indie wedding magic…..

The show is on the 28th April between 11am-4pm and will be held at the über cool 92 Burton Road. Tickets are £2 on the door and the full supplier line up so far can be found below. Believe me when I say there are some greats on there!

Following on from an awesome event in Manchester, The Indie Wedding Fair returns to 92 Burton Road, Sheffield for it’s third year at the Kelham Island Warehouse venue and the sixth showcase in total of some of the coolest independent wedding suppliers around!

The Indie Wedding Fair is a community movement and event series synonymous with high quality suppliers, and authentic and creative weddings where the arts, design and independent culture is celebrated. We support the innovators, the crafters, the grafters, the suppliers who are bullshit-free and totally passionate about their small businesses.

It signifies all that is great about small biz, independence and the creative community. Like Inner City, it’s cool, it’s Northern and… of course, it’s in an unconventional space, perfect for those couples who want to throw tradition out of the window.

We are driven by our ethos to inspire the modern couple to utilise independent spaces and talented indie suppliers, and drive a scene where the small businesses in the community and economy are supported, in interesting and unconventional urban spaces. We are a community of freelancers and small businesses with style, integrity and the get up and go to do great things, weekend after weekend, year on year.
