Happy Bank Holiday Monday lovely peeps. We hope you are all having a great bank holiday weekend so far. Sun is shining where we are so feeling the summer vibes once again today.

We have such a gorgeous wedding to share with you all – full to the brim of such beautiful, romantic and elegant bohemian wedding styling, especially when it comes to the stunning alfresco tablescapes which we love love LOVE.

Planned with the help of Pasion Eventos and captured at the beautiful Son Tugores, a sandstone villa in Mallorca, Rose and Ignatius held their destination wedding in August 2019 – a day that was the perfect blend of chic, romantic and elegant style with a touch of Mediterranean class…

Chic, romantic, elegant with a touch of Mediterranean style, that was the wedding we were dreaming of! We wanted a stylish decor with a rustic air, understated yet sophisticated in a history-making estate. Taking care of the details was of vital importance to us, not only in the decoration but in all aspects of the wedding.

Rose and Ignatius

There is so much to love about Rose and Ignatius wedding. From the gorgeous colour theme of light mauve, dusty rose, pastel pink, creamy white and light sage to the romantic setting of Son Tugores. It is a dream. We couldn’t think of a better way to end this long weekend than sharing this beautiful wedding with you today.

Rose and Ignatius talk us through their love story and how it all started with a speech competition.

Enjoy lovely people…

A Speech Contest, The Harvest Moon and The Acropolis…

She is vivacious and daring; he is gentle and charming. Two individuals seemingly from two different worlds, yet fundamentally alike in many ways.

It was a story of love at first sight; perhaps one of the parties was unaware at the time but his actions spoke louder than words. She, on the other hand, knew and felt it as soon as she set eyes on him. You may laugh, but it all started on the night of a Speech Contest at Toastmasters. Little did they know a nerdy pass-time would lead to such a sweet encounter!

They dated like an old-fashioned couple, taking walks around the Lake at St James’s Park until the sunset, and they made it official on the evening of the Harvest Moon, the brightest of the year. Exactly three years later, he proposed as the Harvest Moon rose again, this time above the Acropolis in Athens.

Relaxed Summer Wedding in Mallorca…

We wanted an elegant, romantic, and relaxed summer wedding in Mallorca. We wanted a stylish decor with a rustic air, understated and sophisticated in a history-making estate.

Taking care of the details was of vital importance to us, not only in the decoration but in all aspects of the wedding.

Charming, Romantic and Elegant…

The ceremony was held in a charming Majorcan courtyard: Simple yet elegant with seasonal romantic flowers in light mauve, dusky rose, pastel pink, creamy white, light sage, and a touch of dark red petals accompanied by eucalyptus.

Capturing Spontaneous Moments…

We trusted our photographer Pablo Beglez who is amazing at capturing the wedding in the most spontaneous moment and record the details that we can look back and smile.

Our videographer Marco del Boca is young and dynamic, with a style in cinematography, he produced a short video that captured the most dedicate details of the day.

A Dinner Under The Stars…

The dinner tables were decorated by the transparent vase filled delicate floral arrangements with pastel pink candles on wooden stands.

Stylish Decor with Rustic Air…

Our wedding planner introduced us to En Esencia who created the beautiful flowers. We worked as a team to create the wedding décor of my dreams. We wanted a stylish decor with a rustic air, understated and sophisticated in a history-making estate.

Taking care of the details was of vital importance to us, not only in the decoration but in all aspects of the wedding.

Bossanova Music…

We had a Bossanova band during the cocktail and music during all wedding. Our music and lighting was provided by Lomusic.

Favourite Moment…

Every moment of that day was magical, and we wish we could repeat it all over again

Any Advice?

If you are detail orientated like me, make sure you have at least 8 -10 months to plan the wedding, think of all the little details of colours, combination, and have some of your bridesmaids to be in charge and liaising with the wedding planner so you can enjoy the day.

On the day, take time to make yourself beautiful and forget about all the details you planned and just savour every moment of the day, because it will go so quickly so just really enjoy every second of the ambiance, the romance and the love from the all the people who are there for you both.
