This weekend sees the hottest ticket in town, Most Curious wedding fair, opening their doors for the 9th time at the uber cool Truman Brewery in Brick Lane. Yoga with Yin and Gin….
We eat, breathe and sleep weddings and wedding inspiration, over here at Most Curious, finding and creating new ideas is fun but we know the nuts and buts grind of actually planning your big day is not actually that sparkly all the time. In fact, we’re fully on board with wedding fatigue being a thing. So this year, as part of our selection of curated selection of workshops for you to enjoy on the day, we’ve teamed up with Yin and Gin who provide uplifting hen party experiences.
So we’ve got the quintessential Yin and Gin Workshop at the show!
This is where healthy meets hedonistic. They are stylist Polly and yoga teacher Claire who have created an urban sanctuary which combines movement and connection followed by drinks. What is not to love? They also provide wellness days, 6-week glow programs, even wedding morning yoga.
Taking the stress out of hen activity planning, we are a new generation of hen party ideas. If you are looking for something that is NOT plastic willy straws or polyester L plate sashes, then we are for you. All our yoga classes can be tailored for each individual bridal group, we can create themed playlists or you can send us your bride’s favourite songs and we can choreograph a yoga flow around this. All event spaces are styled to provide inspirational and (let’s be honest) Instagramable moments for you and your team. Let’s re-align some chakra’s and then enjoy some champagne!
Polly and Claire, Yin and Gin
All the Most Curious workshops will start with 60 minutes of yoga; a deeply nourishing, calming and accessible to all levels class. Afterwards the space is transformed to soak up the energy over a glass (or two) of something chilled.
What’s included: 60 mins yoga class followed by gin and tonic cocktails.
Class is suitable for everyone, please come dressed in something easy to move in (changing area available) – we provide the rest.
