Sometimes a shoot lands in your inbox and you know from the moment you view the first image that it is going to be a keeper. Today’s shoot is one of those. The colour scheme, which is a beautiful mix of warming peach and blush pink tones, is what struck us first. The incredible lace dresses and veils from Along Came Eve and the moon-gate ceremony arch dressed with stunning florals and featuring a ‘love made us do it‘ light up sign both by The Event Edit, quickly followed.
Free Thinking Femininity, captured so beautifully by Esme Whiteside Photography, is edgy yet feminine, explores the industrial with the traditional and features a pretty impressive line up of north west wedding suppliers. We adore the romantic whimsical vibe, elevated by the warmth of the flowers and the lighting. We also can’t get over those dresses and the beautiful silhouettes they create.

Free thinking femininity…
We wanted to create a whimsical vibe with an eclectic mix of traditional and bohemian styling that would appeal to the fashion conscious, edgy yet feminine bride. We took inspiration from traditional tonal peaches and blush pinks mixing them up with edgy detailing such as disco balls, painted leather jackets and cowboy boots.
Our bespoke rose and pampas grass moongate arch set the scene of free thinking femininity, against the opposing industrial background the venue provided. We knew we needed a photographer that could capture our vision and take it to the next level and knew Esme Whiteside’s style that gives a raw intensity with a warm yet dark look paired with a bohemian flare look would work perfectly.
When it came to the dresses, we had a vision in mind of ethereal yet bohemian vibes and the amazing Along Came Eve bridal boutique provided exactly what we were looking for.
To complete the concept we brought on board a host of talented likeminded collaborators that brought our vision together perfectly.
