Oh my my my do we have an absolute treat for your eyes today. A styled inspiration wedding shoot that is just perfect in every possible way! From the gorgeous blush bohemian theme to the stunning model in her Hayley Paige Ricci wedding gown from BHLDN – we are in awe of all of it and have been counting down the days for it to go live so we can share it with you all.
Put together so beautifully by Functions Pittsburgh and captured to perfection by Liz Capuano Photography, Boho Blush features decor by one of my all time favourite bohemian brands Anthropologie, in one of my all time favourite colour ways, blush. Just look how gorgeous the dusty pink colour palette looks against the stark white walls of the Energy Innovation Center, the location of the shoot. The venue, with it’s minimalist contemporary style and abundance of light, offers the most perfect backdrop to really showcase each and every element. The texture of the decor and textiles, the softness of the flowers, the colours of the beautiful turquoise wall paper, the beading of the dress and the incredible design of the wedding cake. Honestly, this shoot is exquisite and offers so many brilliant ideas for your wedding. The wallpaper installation idea for one is something I would most certainly steal if I was getting married!

This blush boho styled shoot is what Anthro lovers’ dreams are made of and is an eclectic mix of boho and pretty that any festival bride will love. We teamed up with the Anthropologie Home Outlet in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to create a truly unique style infusing delicate details with a free spirited charm. Liz Capuano Photography was there to capture all of the distinctively beautiful details.
Look out for the vintage inspired furniture with it’s tapestry design, the bohemian glamour of both the bride and the decor, the romantic colour palette of blush, rust, greens and sky blue, the Serefina hair piece placed perfectly in the bride’s curly hair and, last but most certainly not least, the handcrafted bird and delicate sugar flowers on the amazing cake.

We teamed up with the Anthropologie Home Outlet in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to create a truly unique style infusing delicate details with a free spirited charm. Liz Capuano Photography was there to capture all of the distinctively beautiful details.
We always encourage couples to think outside the box for design inspiration, and for us we found our muse in the Valerie Pied-A-Terre Sofa. We loved the stunning tapestry pattern and the vintage vibes this piece provided. The beautiful birds featured in the design helped direct our color palette of blush, rust, greens and sky blue. We wanted our bridal look to be as bold as the sofa so we went with the totally glam Hayley Paige Ricci gown at BHLDN and paired it with some Charles David heels with a feather detail to pull it all together. The Serefina hair piece was the perfect touch to our model’s natural hair (we LOVE when brides rock natural hair!!) which our partners at Glam to Go styled beautifully with a side part.
Alex Robba’s drool worthy cake features an actual bird that he crafted along with delicate sugar flowers which perfectly complemented the real-life florals arranged by the super talented May Chester Designs.
We’re obsessed with any piece that can serve multiple purposes at a wedding – it’s a great way for couples to save on costs and enjoy their favorite elements from ceremony to reception! We were able to repurpose the Live-Edge Drum Side Tables from floral risers in our ceremony shots to traditional side tables in our lounge and shifted the ceremony florals as well.
