Your love story is at the heart of what we do. When planning a proposal, many people believe that traditional jewellers can’t incorporate their ideas, but don’t feel comfortable using an online retailer either. People want to express themselves and their own unique love story through a piece of jewellery and play a part in the design process. So we make this process possible by joining the best of what online companies offer (better prices, privacy, convenience) with the ability to talk to someone, see products in person at one of our London showrooms and collaborate on your very own custom design.

Ethical Sourcing...

We’re working with the very best suppliers—companies who only buy diamonds from countries compliant with the Kimberley Process. However, we’re only using the Kimberley Process as a benchmark – we’re actually more discerning than the process itself.

We offer Diamond Time Lapse and CanadaMark diamonds for those who are passionate about knowing the exact origin and history of their diamond.

One of our investors and partners is Everledger. They’re working to transform the process of tracking diamonds from source. They’re using an innovative new Blockchain system to securely track and store the data tracking diamonds through the supply chain, making that data available to customers and retailers. 

This system would also eliminate the demand for paper-based reporting using smart digital contracts instead—simultaneously eliminating the risk of tampering. 

We acknowledge openly that this isn’t enough and that the definition of “ethically sourced” is ever-evolving. Ethical practices should be applicable to all materials used, manufacturing methods, and even the policies and actions of the government regimes in each country that makes up our supply chain. We’re doing everything we can right now and we’re always looking for ways to improve.
