Meander your way through the Gloucestershire lanes, nestled on your right, amongst wild flowers and wizened trees, sits Leyfold. Leyfold is a new innovative wedding and events venue, taking full advantage of the British countryside in it's finest months!

Leyfold Events is the brain child of Jo Priest of Backyard Mobile Bars, and Leyfold is situated on Jo's family farm in rural Gloucestershire. Castle Yurts are really pleased to have partnered with Leyfold to offer their 60ft wedding yurt exclusively to Leyfold couples.

We have many years experience providing beautiful spaces for many different events, and have a wealth of knowledge in managing bespoke events tailored to individual needs.

Individual Sustainability...

Our focus is to create individual weddings and events in a sustainable way, without compromising on quality or style. You are able to build your own event, or turn to us for planning and event co ordination. We can do as much or a little as you wish, we can simply offer advice and guidance with supplier lists or full event co-ordination.

A Family Farm...

Being situated on a family farm, we have plenty of space and stunning scenery, and can hold events for 50 – 500 guests.

Our venue is yet to hold a ceremony license, however we can offer blessings and humanist ceremonies in additional spaces, such as our ancient apple orchard.

Located between Gloucester and Hereford, Leyfold is nestled away on a family farm, on the edge of the Forest of Dean. Road and rail links are within 2 hours of London.

It is surrounded by acres of green pastures, giving you the space and freedom to create your event.

The land offers fantastic views and plentiful photo opportunities can be enjoyed.

With the advantage of having a large amount of space, we are able to take a flexible, hassle free approach to our weddings and events, so you are able build on what you want for your perfect wedding or event.

We also boast that we have largest Yurt of its kind in Europe!

Venue Spaces...

Large 20 acre field to hold your wedding or event reception in, taking advantage plentiful countryside views.

Additional space in our ancient apple orchard is available for blessings. A smaller space with a more intimate feel, well suited to a blessing before the evening celebrations commence.

Plentiful space for camping and glamping! (Glamping can be fully managed, or DIY)
