Nice to meet you....

my name’s Kate, I’m thoughtful… and bubbly, and silly, and kind. That’s according to my friends anyway, and quite frankly I’m happy with that. I love shooting weddings and couldn’t think of a more fun job. I love bear hugs, silly dancing, and photographing lovely people having the best time ever at your wedding. I have a totally relaxed and informal documentary style of shooting. Like an old mate blending in I photograph all of the awesomeness of your day from hanging out in your pjs in the morning, to the heartfelt vows, quirky dance moves and the off-guard belly-laughs in between, I’ll be up close documenting it all. If you are planning a wedding and are looking for a photographer who won’t make you say cheese or tell you what to do then I’d love to chat!

I would love to give Kate an infinite number of stars as a review as she really does go above and beyond to capture your day. Not only did  Kate travel all the way up to bonnie Scotland, get right into the middle of our hectic ceilidh and manage to capture so many glorious little moments, she did it all with a huge smile and loads of energy. The most important thing somebody can give you is their time and Kate gave us that in abundance. On the lead up to the wedding she was there for advice and helpful hints, on the day she was an absolute dream to work with and she really became one of the family pretty much instantly. We wanted a quirky, non-traditional, fun photographer to complement our unconventional wedding! And boy did we get what we wanted!! Kate was so fun to have around, she has a great way of blending in, she makes friends with everyone and her energy is unbelievable.
