Want somewhere to have the ceremony and reception together in a relaxed environment, and where you can have the added benefit of accommodating all your friends? And maybe for the whole weekend? Or perhaps a festival wedding theme?

What we offer....

Our price provides exclusive use of Gwaenynog for the whole weekend, including all 4 rooms in the B&B and a substantial campsite - with no additional costs for your guests. Details of the Gwaenynog facilities are shown below - for you to use as you wish:

Wedding ceremony barn which can hold up to 250 guests (27m x 18m), plus two separate dedicated activity areas (4.5m x 4m), which provide great options for: a bar, catering area, kids zone, games or anything else your imagination can think of!! NB: We also have movable screens available which you decorate to your requirements or colour scheme. This allows you to subdivide or reduce the barn size for smaller groups or to screen off different activities.

The Dutch barn (8m x 7m, plus a 5m x 7m raised stage area) within this space you can have live music with a dance area (we have 12 stable mats suitable for this at no extra charge). This can hold up to 100 people for an evening event, which can be increased if you choose to hire an additional tent or tipi on our adjacent farmyard hardstanding. We can also offer on-site catering options in this barn for your campers.

Large Marquee (4m x 10m) - available free for us to provide breakfasts for all campers, dinners for your setting-up party, or else to enhance any evening event at the Dutch Barn for a small additional cost.

Small Marquee (4mx8m) - available for a small hire charge or free when we use it to offer our own catering options.

Campsite for all guests – either for owned tents and campervans or caravans, or for hired belltents. Giving a real festival atmosphere to a wedding weekend.

A large 2-acre field, suitable for a marquee, tipi or for outdoor games.

The farmyard hardstanding (20m x 10m), located between the house and the Dutch barn, which is suitable for the location of a marquee or tipi, or as one wedding did, a barbeque area.

The B&B Lawn which is a great venue for canapes & fizz, or for photos and lawn games as required - includes 3 sets of patio tables and chairs. We can offer catering options for this or just supply a gazebo and drinks tables as part of the garden set up for your DIY activities- these additional facilities are free if we provide the catering, or for a small additional charge if you choose a DIY approach or alternative caterer for this activity.

A separate 1 acre field - used for car parking, and central to all the facilities above.
