Coy Biscuit is a micro bakery specialising in intricate iced biscuits founded by London based confectionery artist Esi Essel.

With a background in graphic design and illustration, Esi has aimed to create something unique within the luxury food and gifting market, with the help of best friend, Alice Constance, who acts as Esi’s right hand person as well as the official Coy Biscuit photographer and retoucher.

The handmade and royal icing decorated biscuits focus on celebrating body and sex positivity through elegant imagery but can be decorated to depict almost anything. This is what makes them the ideal, and more importantly, personal gift for any event - whether it is for the people being celebrated or the friends and family that have come together to celebrate.
