Carlicious is a family run wedding and event business in the Midlands, serving local communities and beyond.

At 17, Carlton Watson, the founder of Carlicious, purchased an ice cream tricycle crafted from reclaimed bike parts and a second-hand freezer. He began touring his newly purchased tricycle around his hometown selling ice creams in parks, outside schools and in front of shops. Soon after, Carlton bought a new tricycle and began taking bookings for events under the name ‘Carlicious’.

Unique Catering....

Our catering fleet continues to grow! Now you can hire anything from Pop-Up Street Food stalls to our mouth watering Hog Roast! We also offer BBQ options which are perfect for outdoor weddings! and if you're after something extra fancy... we're so proud of our 'around the world' cuisine options. Our world inspired cuisine can be served from quirky pop up food stalls or our discreet annex to suit your wedding vibe. From Caribbean fusion dishes to French puds... we have the perfect culinary combos for you!

Refreshments...

We have a host of fully staffed beverage options to keep your glasses full! From our cosy Coffee Van to our Stunning Rustic Oak Horsebox Bar. Be it pints and crisps or fizz and cocktails... We know how to get the party started!

Tricycle Fleet...

Pimms o clock anyone? Our fleet of tricycles are always a huge hit at weddings! You can hire our Ice Cream Trike, Sweets Trike, Prosecco Trike or do summer properly with our beautiful Pimms Trike... complete with a very British umbrella!

Wedding Tipis...

At Carlicious we understand how time-consuming and often stressful planning a wedding can be particularly with so many other commitments vying for your time and attention, so we have developed a range of services that cover every aspect of your big day from your ceremony to your reception.

You can hire our Giant Hat Tipis and host your wedding at our local farm in rural Leicestershire OR hire our Tipis to erect at a venue of your choice.

With so much experience we make sure that nothing is forgotten, and everything runs smoothly on the day. You won't need to worry about the essentials (loos! power!), as we'll take care of it all. Our professional team are attentive to your needs, either working discreetly in the background for an intimate gathering or at the forefront of your big and lively reception staffing our tricycles and stalls for your guests to enjoy.
