The tiny Ape can serve an impressive 500 glasses of ice-cold bubbly an hour, so there’s no need to pre-chill your bottles or hire dozens of waiting staff. We buy our bubbly by the barrel from Frizzenti Prosecco, one of the county’s best sparkling wine makers. It’s made with only Glera (Prosecco) grapes, making it a young and light tipple, ideal for any occasion.
